Welcome to Newcastle Aerodrome, a family-run aerodrome located on the East Coast of Ireland. With a history dating back as far as 1998, the original Aerodrome has shaped the development of General Aviation in the East of Ireland having assisted hundreds of students in gaining their pilot licenses.
Newcastle Aerodrome is licensed by the Irish Aviation Authority and is the only licensed aerodrome in Co. Wicklow. Huge investment has produced a 690 metre grass runway with obstacle free approaches. Newcastle Aerodrome is located below Dublin’s Class C Airspace.

The aerodrome is conveniently located 40 minutes drive from Dublin City and along with several award winning beaches, hotels and golf courses in the area, it is the perfect destination for a break in the East of Ireland.
